Erin, I hear you, but I also know that once I realized how much that food was hurting me, it didn't matter how good it was. I know how good the 'truly good' healthy food is for me and how good it makes me feel, and I want to choose that, not the junk that hurt me before. If I know that something is going to be a big temptation for me, I just avoid it. I know that's probably harder to do with a family, but I'm sure that having you healthy is more important to your family than where they eat. Take care of yourself, and ask them to help, okay?
