How's the backward eating going Kathy?
My plan so far:
Breakfast: 1 package instant oatmeal, decaf w/ff cream
Snack: sf/ff yogurt
Lunch: marinated grilled steak, 1/2 c peas, 3/4 c brown rice
fresh strawberries
Snack: forgot I'm in a meeting from 1-3 pm??? Maybe fruit after? or slice of lf cheese depends on "hunger level".
Dinner: no idea! - I think we have some halibut in the freezer - I hear fish is good for you

, salad, steamed carrots.
snack: popcorn?
