I was taking pictures of some clothes I'm selling on ebay, and thought I'd take the chance to post some progress pics. (I know I love seeing people's pictures)
Here's a picture from a few years back. I think this is near my high weight.
It's been a few years of losing and maintaining. I just count calories and work out 30-90 minutes a day. I lost about 80 lbs the first year and stayed there for quite a while. Last year found my weight starting to creep back up, so I decided to finally buckle down and finish getting to goal
