Default how do you spend your points

I am ussually very busy through out the day so I have been eating 4 pts for breakfast, 6-10 for lunch and snacks and 10-14 for dinner and a snack. If I lose a lot this week or maybe in two weeks, I will be into the next lower points which isnt' a lot less but I am wondering where I will cut it out. I guess much more structured dinners for less points but that is the only time I enjoy my food. How do you guys divide up your points.

Also have any of you found you lose faster if you eat more points in the morning than at night. My leader is always pushing that on us that we should eat big breakfast but I'm always scared I'll be starved at the end of the day with no points left.

I usually have a 4 points breakfast, then a 8 points lunch & snacks, then a 10 points supper and 2 points for evening snacks. My daily total right now is 24 points.

I also use my AP (I usually earn about 30 a week), and most of my flex points. A lot of it over the weekend, but some of it for bigger lunch and suppers too or extra snacks when hungry.

I'm losing well with that menu and feel comfortable in this pattern so I don't plan on changing it for now .

Well, I'm down to 22 pts now. I use FPs everyday, but don't use my APs. I have 4-5 for breakfast, 5-6 for lunch, 2-3 for afternoon snack, 8-10 for dinner, 2-3 for evening snack. The afternoon snack about 3p keeps me from being too hungry at dinner. I like a ff yogurt, a snack bar, some crackers, or fruit for my snack.

I started with 28 pts and was VERY nervous the first time I stepped down, and the next time, and the next time. But, it only takes a week or two to get adjusted to the new routine. And, finding low point/no point fillers is great! You can do it!
