Talking I DID IT! I finally exercised!!!!

I have finally started exercising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Monday I started doing my Gazelle! I did 13:49 and just over a half mile. My calves were so sore...

Yesterday I did it again and I did a mile in 15:10. My DH was quite impressed. I felt so good last night that I barely was able to go to sleep at my normal time.

It hurts like **** when you are doing it, but dang it feels good after. I feel so refreshed.

I alway forget how good you feel. I have to do a lot of out of town work in the next month or so, but after I am back around I am going to join Curves.

Anyway, I am feeling pretty good about my sore calves!

Sunny, that's great news!!! Those sore calves are hurting as they build muscle, which will keep burning fat, even while you sleep. Yippeee!!!

I just went back to the gym today. First time in three weeks...and I have a balance ball class tonight. Like you said, I had forgotten how GOOD it feels afterwards!!!

Congratulations! It does always feel so good afterwards. I have Pain in the Butt class tonight. I'm hoping to get out of work early enough to get in some cardio before class.

Good for you! It is such a good feeling after you've completed your exercise

WTG. Each day will bring you closer to being "buff" and healthy. When you are working out of town, be sure to fit some brisk walks into your schedule. That way, you won't undo the progress that you are making now.

That's great! Keep up the good work. I hate going to the gym but once I get there I'm okay with it and afterwards I'm so proud of myself. That's the thing that keeps me going - remembering how good it feels AFTER you excercise.
