Today I am so proud of my self. One of my biggest problems is finishing off my son's food. This morning he begged me to let him get McDonlds. I love Mcd's Breakfast. I hate the rest of their food but the brekfast is so good and greasy so we havn't gone in a looong time. This morning, feeling full of will power I agreed to take him. I ate a big apple and my cereal at home. Once we ordered, he didn't want to eat much, he mostly wanted the toy. In the past, I would have ordered my own meal, plus finished his making the visit worth about 20+ points. Today I didn't even take a bite! No points and a big pat on the back. yeah me!
thanks ladies. Now I'm in the weekend crunch. I always seem to get off track on the weekends. but I'm starting off well and in good spirts so hopefully I'll make it through the weekend with even more success.
