Hello everyone! Wow, it seems like it's been ages since I've posted here! Hope everyone is doing well. I've personally regained a few pounds lately which I can't wait to get off!

Points range: 18-25 (Doing old 1-2-3 plan)

Fruit: *
Veggies:
Water: ***

Breakfast:
-1 c. Kashi Go Lean Crunch w/1/2 c. skim milk(4/4)

Lunch:
-1 strawberry Slim Fast shake (4/8)


Snack:
-1 orange(1/9)

Dinner:

Snack:

Exercise: None yet, but hopefully will get a workout in later today!

breakfast:
luna bar 4/4

lunch:
beets 1/5
tabouli 3/8
diet coke (gotta stop this immediately)
bit of bread 1/9
water


dinner:
pasta caprese: marinated mozzarella, basil and tomatoes over
fresh hot linguine
artichoke

snack:
no idea
something with protein, this is for sure

exercise: gym this afternoon
dog putter: 30 mins this am
putter: 30 mins tonight

water: si,si
viactiv: once i am less queasy
