Talking beating the plateau!!!

This morning I stepped on the scale and was down to 154!!! I am so excited! Considering that I ate half a chocolate bunny last night, I can only assume that my more intense workouts and lots more walking outside are responsible!

I am SO happy about this, I just had to share! Thank you all so much for your support and encouraging my jogging! And an extra thanks to the weather, for finally warming up enough for me to start walking to and from school again! (There's no way I was going to walk 1.5 miles in the snow!)

I have to wonder though . . . since the year started I've hit plateau after plateau. Every time I drop a few pounds, it seems to coincide with weekends where I ate a lot of crap. I usually eat about 1300-1600 calories per day, which I thought was the right amount, but maybe I need to eat more? Or maybe it's just a coincidence, considering how much I upped my activity level this past week.

Maybe I'll make it to the May Day challenge after all!
