Menu for Wednesday 3/16/05
Breakfast: bowl of rice crispes w/milk, water
Lunch: 1/2 ham sandwich, sweet potato, peas, water
Dinner: 4 p of pizza w/veggies (no tomato sauce), 1 p. of angel food cake, water

I didn't do to badly yesterday, but I think 2 p of pizza would have been enough!

I haven't worked out this week due to DH being at home all day and having to take care of a lot of things for him when I get home from work. I have done my ab work every day though.

I hope the weigh-in tonight is down a little or stay the same.

Welcome Shelly, Hope to see you posting a lot. Those medical tests can be very inspiring. Glad you decided to start doing something about those numbers. I've read that it's best to have a goal like good health when trying to lose weight, instead of just working towards being thin. You can do this!
