Default Points Calculator

Hi Guys,

I'm doing WW points program at home. Is there anywhere - on line or elsewhere - where I can get a points calculator? Any help will be appreciated!

Many people sell them on e-bay but watch the prices (anything over $25 I would say is a rip off).

Some areas where there are meetings will let anyone walk in and buy things others you have to have a current membership either online or meetings and still others you have to have a meeting memership so you could call you region and ask (the 800 number should be listed in your phone book yellow pages under weight loss).

However you can figure points with the formula:

POINTS = (calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (fiber grams<capped at 4>/5)

or remember:

add 1 point for every 50 calories (25 cal would be 1/2 a point, 12.5 cal would be 1/4 point, 62.5 cal would be 3/4 point

add 1 point for every 12 grams of fat (3 gms would be 1/4, 6 gms 1/2, 9 gms 3/4)

and

subtract .2 for 1 gram of fiber or .4 for 2 grams of fiber or .6 for 3 grams of fiber or .8 for 4 or more grams of fiber

SilverOrchid, we have to be careful with links to WW copyrighted material and sharing copyrighted material but you can always pm (private message) another member by clicking on their name if you want to help them out

Silver Orchid I would love to use the online calculator! I used to have a simple one I downloaded from a site but they have since had to remove it...but I can't seem to find it anymore, though....I think it may have crashed and burned along with my computer the last time LOL thanks so much Dedee
