Default Newbie WW Question

This is my first full day OP and after I complete my lunch, I will have 9 points left for the rest of the day. That's kind of freaking me out thinking its not enough. I've been hungry all day (naturally!) but just finished lunch and am comfortable. Drinking water (and spending lots of time in the bathroom too!) lol

Anyway, is 9 points enough for the rest of the day or am I just being paranoid?

Thanks for the help!

What is you daily minumum that WW gives you?

For myself (at 22 points) 9 points for the rest of the day is fine. If you do need some more points then you can some of the 35 weekly flexpoints.

I get 31 and totally forgot about the flex points. I think I was just freaking out about not having enough points for dinner, then I checked some options and there's lots out there I can have. Whew! Old programming is hard to change!

FYI this is where planning comes into play until you can get so good you can just wing it. LOL! You'll do fine.

Funny, I had the same thing yesterday. Only 9 pts. left, I did use a couple flex points and all was well. It started off with a big breakfast, today I did yogurt and a couple different fruits and ended up with 12 pts.

Thanks Kelly S and Mauvaisroux for all you do, I have seen countless posts from you two.

MyInnerGoddess. When I freak out about the points shrinking, that's when I go exercise, so I can add some in. I keep my 35 flex points to 5 a day so I always have a little extra. (Unless I have something coming up that week that I know will be a challenge like eating out at a Mexican Food Restaurant - them I bank them all for that night.) Works for me! Also, I found a Healthy Choice Entree that only is four points to use with fresh vegetables if I'm in a points crunch. Good luck!
