On day 2 of a 3 day training course - busy, busy busy!
Yesterday:
Breakfast: 1 hb egg, decaf w/light cream
sf/ff yogurt
Lunch: smothered barley chicken
1 pear
Snack: strawberries
green tea
Dinner; smothered barley chicken (seeing a trend here??)
1 apple
Today:
Breakfast: shredded wheat w/milk & sliced banana
decaf w/light cream
snack: sf/ff strawberry yogurt
Lunch: smothered barley chicken (am I the only one eating this?

)
1 apple
Snack: earl grey tea, splenda, milk, 1 raisin bran bar
Dinner: 2 eggs, margarine, 2 slices Weight watchers bread, milk
...and definitely not enuf water tho I am trying!
