L - Mcdonalds cheeseburger (8 pts.)
apple slices (1pt.)
diet coke
S - popcorn w/PAM butter spray (1pt.)

D - homemade potato soup (5?)
potatos
skim milk
corn starch
dried onion flakes

crackers (2pts)

Total 23pts.
Okay, so I get 22 pts., off to do WATP 2 mile.

Still not back on my feet completely. Tomorrow I'll try to eat Core, and try to leave the cookies alone!!

My day was wacky.

B: coke, banana, few pieces of beef jerky
L: had a lunch meeting at the night shelter, where we had salads with ham, turkey and lots of cheese. Now how do you sit there looking at the food, knowing that you're in a place where so many hungry people go, and try to be picky about your lunch? I just ate it and crossed my fingers.
D: mexican food restaurant: one tostado with guacamole, one tostado with queso, some chips and salsa, and 3 margaritas.

I have really pushed the water today knowing I would be consuming massive amounts of salt tonight at the restaurant. So far, so good. Tomorrow I will do a fast and then Saturday will have light food, before easing back into regular eating on Sunday.

On day 2 of a 3 day training course - busy, busy busy!

Yesterday:
Breakfast: 1 hb egg, decaf w/light cream
sf/ff yogurt

Lunch: smothered barley chicken
1 pear

Snack: strawberries
green tea

Dinner; smothered barley chicken (seeing a trend here??)
1 apple

Today:
Breakfast: shredded wheat w/milk & sliced banana
decaf w/light cream
snack: sf/ff strawberry yogurt

Lunch: smothered barley chicken (am I the only one eating this? )
1 apple

Snack: earl grey tea, splenda, milk, 1 raisin bran bar

Dinner: 2 eggs, margarine, 2 slices Weight watchers bread, milk

...and definitely not enuf water tho I am trying!
