Hi there, I also just joined the forum yesterday and it is really great motivation as I feel I am not only letting myself down if I cheat ( Like I did this morning) but all of the great people on this board, and somehow it feels rather funny that I need to confess to someone about my slipups otherwise i feel like I am just constantly fooling myself and lying to myself!!!!!!!!!
