So can I lose 1.5 lbs by tomorrow's weigh in?

Breakfast: shredded wheat w/blueberries and skim milk

Snack: 1 sliced orange
18 oz water

Lunch: beef/barley cabbage soup
yogurt

dinner:?? only 2 slices of roast beef left?? We may go out for supper as dd is at her dad's this weekend and eldest ds is working tonight - so just the 3 of us? But I am SO AFRAID to eat out the night before weigh-in. How obsessive is that?

If we stay home I have some salmon steaks I can defrost and bake/broil w/sesame japanese dressing - maybe brown rice and brocolli.

Trying to up the water consumption today!

I had a big bang start to the day; got up late and had to go buy snacks for work. I went to the big Walmart so I could buy myself a new shirt as a treat for being good yesterday.

Now having said that, I didn't have time to make breakfast due to getting up late, so ...

B: 2 pieces of sausage grabbed from home, and scrambled eggs from McDonalds (eggs only), and a small coke
L: 1/2 can of Progresso steak and roasted potato soup (core), and a banana
Sn: cheesecake pudding and strawberries
D: not sure since by dinnertine I'll only have 445 calories to play with but I think I can make something work

Kathy, good for you for not blowing off the whole day. Did you buy the shirt?
