I finally broke out of the 320's, which is where I've been yo-yo'ing since last July. I just hope I can keep going down now. I've been finding myself getting out more and being more positive over all, but lately I've been suffering from too many days of just being angry and depressed. I've always been somewhat manic-depressive (well I'm sure that's it lol), but I can't figure out what's been going on with me lately. I'm great when I'm out and doing something or with other people. But when I'm home or with family I just feel myself sinking back down, which is really not something I want to do again.
Anyways, I hope to get to know some of you better. I know I emailed with a nice girl for a bit but seem to have lost connection over the months. If you're still on here, I miss hearing from you!!!!!!! How is everyone else doing and what do you do to bring your spirits back up?
