After losing 70 pounds about a year ago, I have been stalled for ages. I've recently kick started my weight loss again and had lost a few pounds but today I have had 3 minor successes.
1. I walked two miles to work wearing a skirt in hot sunshine and my legs didn't rub once.
2. Two people have commented on my weight loss today.
3. When I went for lunch, I craved a salad instead of something fattening!
(Plus my boyfriend sent me a message that said I was lovely

)
I wish I could bottle today's positive feeling and keep it for days that aren't so good!!
