Are you still on plan? That is great that you have been walking and doing the aerobics again. You will look great at the wedding. And just think you met your goal to be where you are by the wedding.

Keep up all the great work and thank you so much for being there for me and all you do.

I am so glad that I have met you all. If it weren't for all of you I wouldn't still be on my journey. I know it has been real rocky for me lately but hopefully I am on my way up now.

Morning all. Our nice weather here has changed to tons of rain but I guess our gardens and other stuff really needed it so let it pour...I go to weigh in this morning and I too am nervous. I just haven't been doing well lately. Yesterday I did fine all day then I had to have popcorn (normally I never have it) and of course it wasn't the popcorn that was the problem - it was the butter I put on it.....I have decided to start slowly and what I am going to do is write everything down . I won't bother adding up points or calories but just write it down to keep track of what I am eating and to become more aware of every bite I put in me. When I feel ready I will start counting what I write. Hopefully that will get me back on track. I am also going to the dr. this week and see if I can start exercising again. Walking really helps even if it is just on the treadmill.

HI Ladies! Well I am home from work anticipating this weekend. I have alot of things to do to get ready for my brother's wedding. And I am kind of nervous about it. I have never been in a wedding before. Well I will take lots of pictures and post them here Take care! I am home alone with the kids!
