Default Thursday Chat ~ January 27

Good Morning Ladies..

Just wanted to drop in and say Hello. Working the closing shift again tonight. Have a busy morning so have to run. I hope everyone has a good day. I will try and play catch up when I get home.

No Exercise today other then my 2-3 (2.5mph) walk at work on my lunch. My legs are starting to get sore..so I need a break Going to start doing my work out every-other day or something. I will figure it out. I already miss my workout this morning. It always gives me a push in the morning and makes me feel motivated.

Well have to run.. the little one is pulling ever paper I have off my desk

Default Good Morning Ladies

It's a bright shiny day here with temps in the teens.I have a pair of sweat pants on which I only wear if its like really really cold.I am starting dh's dinner because it has to go in the refrigerator.Plus, I just got done eating hot oatmeal and you would think it would warm me up.Nope; I'm cold!!!

When I get my migraines I have to lie down with it completely dark and quiet.So having dh at school yesterday helped alot because it was so quiet.He is enjoying school so much and I am glad.I like having this time apart because it lets me miss him and lets me due my wifely thing.

good morning gang!

I'm really busy this morning, which seems to be my middle name these days, and need to leave in a little while for an appt, but wanted to quickly say hello and have a great day!

I did get up at 5:00 this morning and did another 30 minute Walk & Jog video = 2.5 miles and situps. Jan Miles = 34

good afternoon ladies.
leenie way to go girl. in this day and age 15 yrs. is an accomplishment and something to be proud of. i's so happy for you. no matter how good of a guy you have there are days when you look at that person and ask yourselt "do i know this person? and then you smile". here to another 15 yrs God willing.

just an encouraging word. i think once you see the pounds melt off the mental part will naturally come. treat yourself good each day. no negative self talk. calling yourself names. no one can be a worse critic about you than you yourself. your working on your flex points and thats where your are right now. thats a great place to be and a great goal you have set for yourself. the week is just about over. were over the hump and on the other side. way to go girl. how will you reward yourself for making your Goal? see you all on the flip side. god's blessings

Haven't been doing too much around here . The scale is still stuck-at least I haven't gained. I need to get my eating back on track. I've been in a real emotional slump these past few weeks. Even though I haven't posted for a little while, I've been checking in on y'all

Leenie: You naughty girl! Congrats on 15 years with DH!

Lynnie: I'm glad you're feeling better. My sister used to have terrible migraines, and she couldn't do much for them but lie down and rest.

I don't mean to ignore you,,,,,,,,,I have been busy with night shift, planning dd6's birthday due on Feb 11th, and just life

I feel like such a loser that I can't find more balance in my life,.....if I exercise I don't clean, if I clean I don't work, etc. I don't know what my problem is.

Hello Everyone!

Chris – no I had a friend who went through… well is going through… I don’t even wanna think about it. However, I’ve been thinking about seeing if Cal State does anything for this. I am not sure if their medical coverage they give their students covers that. I guess it’s worth looking into. I think my TOM problems are because of my weight. Because it seems like with loosing, things are starting to kick back in. But I’ll give cal state a call tommorrow and see if they have someone who I can talk to about it.

DeeX2 – Welcome

Leenie – HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! Just a Bow??!! WOOHOO!! Lucky hubby! I’ve often hinted to James to do something like that. Just a blue bow I agree with Craftymom… in this day it’s definitely an accomplishment!!

Homebound - I thought for the longest time my scale was stuck then the roller coasters came hehehe… I think I’m off the ride tho! Check out my message at the end of this post about the walking and the mileage You are right, boy was I surprised!

As I mentioned before… I was going to take my pedometer with me to class. Well today I did it. I took it to work with me and then to class as well… What I did was, I reset it and walked to my class, then wrote down the number in a little log booklet. Then when I was ready to go to my next class, I reset and started again. Well… 4278 steps. If I remember correctly… 2000 steps is approx a mile. So I walked a little over 2 miles on my long days (Tuesday and Thursday) WHEW! Hehehe…

Oh!! Also.. I’m down another pound. So I lost 2lbs in 2 weeks. Although I didn’t join the 2 for 2 thingy you guys have heheh I’m still happy anyways
