I just got on the scale and found out I lost my first two pounds!! I am so happy! Just wanted to share with people that understand!

This is my first diet ever. I've been on it for 2 days now and quite frankly in the back of my mind I was starting to think that this weight will NEVER come off. You don't know how inspiring it was to read that someone with seemingly the same goals as myself actually drop some pounds. Thank you for giving me a little bit of hope.

That's just the first great weigh in of many more to come for you! It's really neat to start and lose some and truly realize - "I CAN do it!"
thanks for all your thoughts!! you all are amazing Yesterday I weighed in and have lost a total of 6 lbs - only 4 left until I meet my January goal! Best of all this morning when I got dressed my clothes fit better and I feel better. At first I thought it was just morning impressions but I just got home for work and my clothes still look good! I'm really excited. Yesterday I started making a concentrated effort to count calories so this is a good boost!
