First off you aren't on JUST 20 POINTS A DAY...you have APs and FP/WPAs you should have been using.
Secondly with maintenance you start by adding 4 points to your TPs and the next week if you still lost you add 1 or 2 more and if you gained you take away 1 or 2. You do this until you are no longer gaining or losing.
One of the reasons W/W gives us the use of APs and FP/WPAs is so that we aren't stuck with such a low point and feel like we are dieting when we hit maintenance. IE, the more you use while lossing the more you get when you get to goal/maintenance.
