20 lbs gone forever..good for you. And most importantly you feel much better. yes, restrict my carb intake with no specific plan. Never felt better...and I have lossed 62 lbs..slow and steady. Congrats again..
I have just recently begun LCing, and I'm loving it. I'm not following any plan either, just staying away from white flour and sugar and it's great! I also am not hungry, it's amazing because I used to keep going into the kitchen at work every 10 mins looking for pretzels, chips, etc. Now I just eat a little more fat in my diet and lots of fruits and veggies and the weight is coming off!
