Hi everyone! I love coming here are reading all the supportive posts. I was wondering if there are any other young(er) mommies out there. I'm 29, and I have 3 little girls, ages 5, 3, and 1. They present their own challenges to Core eating, that's for sure. For example, strangely enough, no one liked the broccoli cheese soup from the Turn Around cookbook last night! It's hard cooking core stuff when no one will eat it but me. But I continue, and if it's really "icky," I'll fix them an alternative. Any ideas?
At least I'm getting in my exercise. My mom is on core with me, and we walk around a lake almost every day (1.6 miles). The last few days, the high temperature has been 6, with wind chills around -15 or so. It's pretty hard to get out of the warm car (with seat warmers - mmm) but we do it.
I've done Flex twice before, and always managed to lose decently, but never as easily or painlessly as Core. I love it!
My goal is to hit 120 (I'm 5'2") by the time I'm 30, and with Core, I know I can do it!
