Yay! It's Wednesday! For me that means I get tomorrow off, which I'm desperately in need of... I am totally worn out and bloated! I seriously can barely do up my pants, it's insane! But I checked my scale this morning, and while I was up to 266 on Sunday, I am down to 263 this morning.... makes me wonder how much water weight I am carrying around. Because I'm still as bloated today as I was on Sunday.. ah yes.. being a woman sucks sometimes!
So how's everyone doing these days? Worn out? We gotta remember to try and get enough sleep, sleep = no getting sick, less stress.. etc. I plan to pass out as soon as I get home from work tonight.. anyways, it's just really important to get enough sleep.. and I just wanted to remind you all that your health is more important than christmas shopping, baking... etc. Take care!
