Question

I had a sandwich for lunch today. I used the ww whole wheat bread, and I had a handful of turkey meat from the deli. I looked in the ww book, but didn't find a point value for the turkey. Any guesses? I am sure it wasn't any more the 30 grams.

Thanks

Angie

Default Nutritional Values of Turkey..

Hi Angie,

For help on figuring out the points on the Turkey Lunch meant maybe this site would help.

Go to www.healthychoice.com and look for the kind of lunch meat you had... and click on it and it will give you the nutritional values.

Also, if you knew the brand name of the turkey you bought, it may help to go to that website and see if there is a nutritional value there as well.

That's how I found mine and I have been using the Healthy Choice.

Be Well!!!

30 grams is about 1 ounce and 1 ounce of turkey is 1 point.
