It's a holiday here in Canada! So I have the day off, I'm going to enjoy it
It's sunny too! I wonder if Rememberance Day is lost on today's generation? I mean, look at me, I don't have plans to go to any of the things they have planned around the city. Who knows, maybe it's just me!
So the fog has lifted and I'm feeling pretty damn good! Also it helps thats I've lost quite a bit of weight.. but again.. we were expecting that. The reason I even hold onto my weight is from all the sugar, wheat and processed foods I have. I'm also watching my portion intakes, and find I get fuller faster on less food. OHH! And I stopped eating at night, like last night I got home at like 10:30, and didn't eat because I knew I wouldn't sleep well if I did. I'm so happy that I did this. Now that the withdrawl has stopped anyways
Lets all do a happy dance for me
