Good Morning Gang!

Hey Cin - I'm praying for you right now girlie! Please take care and let us know how you are doing as soon as you get a chance! Hugs & Prayers & More Hugs!

Leenie - They have a schedule around here for kids to trick or treat by. I have no idea when it is scheduled at our home, but don't think we will be home Saturday or Sunday night. Have fun!

Dh an I will be going to Sam's Club this afternoon to buy our winter groceries. We have a walk in pantry, and dh has a lawn service, so he puts up money to go buy a lot of our groceries in bulk. I would rather spend a couple hundred a month on the bulk stuff (ya know as we need it), but he likes buying it all at once and putting it up - and since it is so important to him (and doesn't matter to me) to do it that way - I just roll with the flow. But we will fill up my car and the bed of his truck and look like a bunch of country hicks going down the road with all our loot! haha

So needless to say, I did not do any walking this morning. I will save the walking for the couple of hours it will take this afternoon to do all that shopping and unloading and stacking it up.

Did anybody watch The Biggest Loser last night? Joanne? are ya watching it with me girl? It was good - but sad - most lost so much weight the first week that they lost nothing (and one gained 3 of his 22 loss) or very little, and they were so discouraged. I knew to expect it, but I guess they didn't. They'll have better losses next week. I still don't care for the competition part (whichever teams loses the most wins for the week) but it is interesting just the same - but anything to do with weight interests me as ya'll all know.

ok - done with my ramblings

hugs,
cathy

Morning everybody......just about ready to sit at the table for another day of studies....got lots done yesterday.....where the heck is SueMarie? She must have her nose in the books too!

All the best Cin! Take it easy and be well.

Cathy...that sounds like quite a job for ya! My husband used to buy lots of stuff in bulk too.....got it from his Dad....but with only four of us.....it seemed a tad overboard.....for me I like to live simpler and not have too much stuff around...works for us......but it is 6 of 1, half a dozen of the other.......whatever works.

Leens have a good day at work....two days trick-or-treating oh my :[ you are a good mommy....I am dreading one!

I am not using the light therapy....my mom still has not found her light or for some reason is resistant to giving it to me.....she is terribly afraid that I will over use it! I am not depressed this fall so far and I do feel that for me......being busy doing something I enjoy is really helping with the mood......I volunteer in both schools but not to the point of exhaustion. We are attending church each week and dd12 is involved in youth group and dd6 is going to sunday celebration. I am working with more moderation and feeling quite available to kids and hubby...so for today I feel like I am in a good spot.

Must run......hang in there everybody!
