Just starting the thread to see who'll come out today I stepped on the scale at my moms yesterday 195
ofcourse I was not great this weekend Dinner out with dh's friends on friday a charity thing on Saturday with a buffet then out to a bar and onion rings and fries
yesterday we skipped lunch and inhaled chips and salsa while going through tubs of my stuff from my moms house
and tonight we have a cocktail thingie to go to but I'm going to be prepared!
I'm going to get one of those tickers today!

I am so bloated today... I think TOM is right around the corner... I am spotting right now, so I am thinking my TOM should start by Thursday. I am also tired... Oh and I got scammed yesterday at my store. I know these things happen all the time, I just don't like it when it does. I am one of those people if they get undercharged go back to the counter/store and pay teh difference. I hate dishonesty.

Hey!! Nice Ticker So yah, I pulled a muscle.. like DEEP in my stomach, it hurts to sit, stand, lay down. Seriously, is my body falling apart? I feel like I'm complaining about something new every day!! I really need to drop my weight, I figure part of this is from that.. but who knows.

BTW: What kind of music does everyone listen to?

I pretty much listen to anything. I am not a big country fan (Blue Rodeo is not country...sorry big injoke argument my BF and I get into at least once a week), am getting sick of pop (especially songs that are trite, or sound like they came from the song machine in 1984). I mainly listening to rock and alternative right now with a little dance and celtic and folk music thrown in. I do like good song writers inspite of their musical backgrounds. I love teh music of certain Canadians liek Sarah McLachlan, Nelly Furtado and heck even Avril Lavinge (she does have a good voice). I hate music videos that degrade women. I hate it when singers/actresses degrade themselves to build their fan bases (okay i'll stop here).

TOM is here and I have been struggling with insane cravings. I ate a whole steak Friday, had a club croissant sandwich on Saturday and burger and fries yesterday. What is going on? I did really well my second week when TOM was here and this time I am a woman possessed! Had set personal goal to be down 10 by Thursday was 2.8 away last Thursday, we'll see. How is everyone else handling their cravings on TOM? B/C I'm doing CORE, I've just figured that I've used my WPAs for the week.
