Sherry,
Thanks for the journal idea. I'm going to try it. I think that part of my problem with not taking the time to journal is that I seem to want to keep it private. I don't know what for; everyone I know is aware that I'm trying to lose weight.
You've got the right idea about cleaning the office. I have no doubt that you will accomplish it.
I'm glad that you are going to your workout and I understand the statement about asking for permission. I think it's just something that a lot of women do. I find myself doing it sometimes, and my husband isn't asking me to, it's just something I do.
I notice it a lot with women with children. My friend will ask her husband if he can help with the baths or if he would mind getting a bottle ready, or this one always gets me...she will say, I need to see if he will watch the kids! Why wouldn't he watch the kids? They are his aren't they?
But hey, we all do this.
Enjoy your workout. I'm going to the gym also this evening. It's very cold, and wet here in Ohio today..it's going to be hard to get up off that couch and go, but my workout partner will be there waiting..so I'll make it.
My nephew is still in the hospital. They think he might get to come home tomorrow. He will be coming home with an IV in for antibodicts. He has a major blood infection, they said it E-Coli and it's eithier from the appendicts or the gallbladder. Poor kid, he's really been through a lot.
Thanks for asking about him.
I forgot to mention this yesterday. While I was on the track doing my walk, a guy that I know and haven't seen for quite a while was jogging and as he went by, he said "You are really losing some weight aren't you?" Boy did that feel good!
I just had to share that. It's such an uplifting feeling and I knew that you all would understand it.
