Quick tip: Water
Most of you probably already know this or even do it too... but it's helped me so much, I thought I'd share it anyhow. Last week I was really concentrating on making sure I drank my 64 oz. of water every day, because prior to that -- I was just not getting it all in. So, I got myself a LARGE 32 oz. thermal mug (with cover and straw). First thing in the morning, I filled it up and just carried it around with me. Having it right nearby, I was surprised how quickly I drained it. I filled it up one more time... and I ended up drinking my 64 oz. of water all before 1 PM without even realizing I was doing it! A pretty simple (and obvious) technique, but it helped me go from drinking about 40 oz. to getting in the full 64+.
