I've been lurking here and I really appreciate the menu ideas. I am re-joining WW tonight. I reached lifetime in January and didn't stay there long...maybe this new program will be the kick-in-the-butt that I need. Thanks for the ideas!

I doubt it since most breads aren't. I can ask in my meeting this week though.

Idealperson, jump right in and join us!
B: shredded wheat/banana 1/2/milk
S: grape tomatoes/cauliflower/carrots
L: Chef Salad/serving of 9-layer mexican salad (all core ingredients)/milk
S: Pear
1/2 banana left over from breakfast
D: roast/zucchini w/olive oil/beets/wild rice/milk

As far as I know tortillas are not core--but shouldn't cost many points with 14 g fiber!
