Default BMI Milestones!

According to the BMI guidelines (I use the BMI calculator at the cleveland clinic website) - I am now classified as "severely obese" (BMI = 35-40) rather than "morbidly obese" (BMI = 40+)!

I have lost about 15% of my original body weight, and now I can wear size 18s comfortably, and at my top weight I was sporting size 24s snugly. For the past 2 months, I've been sort of stalled out at 227ish, which is right at the line for morbidly obese for my height. Then I started exercising and eating more fruit, and voila, there goes the next 3 pounds.

I am happy! I just thought I'd share.
