Default Food Log August 2 - 8

I'm realizing how important it is for me to log my food. It keeps me honest

7:30 - LC bread w/peanut butter (8)
8:00 - Coffee w/splenda (2)
12:00 - String cheese (1)
4:00 - Green salad w/bay shrimp (2)
8:00 - Oven roasted chicken w/spaghetti squash (4)
9:00 - 2 glasses of wine (4)


Total = 21

2 scrambled eggs (1)
1 oz mozz cheese (1)
coffee w/splenda & halfnhalf (4)

2 cups lettuce (3)
6 oz pink salmon (0)
2 Tbsp mayo (1)
dill spear (1)

The plan for dinner is....

omelette (2)
1/2 cup tomatoes (4)
3 rings bell pepper (2)

and the salvation of sf jello (1)

Grand total of 19 for the day....1st day of induction

tuna fish (mayo only) w/ pork rinds (0)
1 oz string cheese (1)

64oz + of water

*maybe some SF jello before bed*

Total = 23.75

2:30 - LC Mac and cheese (16)
5:00 - Pork chop (0)
12:30 - Scrambled eggs (1.5)

turkey (0)

1:30 lc wheat bread w. pb and tunafish (8)

4:00 Hood strawberry banana yogurt (3) w/ fresh blueberries and strawberries (4)

6:00 1 oz redskin spanish peanuts (2)

7:30 2 cheddarwurst sausages (4) 3 cups dark green salad (6) then I needed a piece of LC wheat bread (5) to soak up the grease in my belly from the second sausage when I should have only eaten ONE. Grr...

Total = 33.5.........darn bread....darn grease!

(OMG IT WAS SOOOOOOO GOOD!!! )

9:30 2oz cheddar cheese (2)
deli lunchmeat-oven roasted chicken (0)

5:00 2oz string cheese (2)
cucumbers (0)

7:30 chef salad (9)

10:30 homemade yogurt parfait w/ strawberries n blueberries (7)

Vitamins and 2.2liters of water...woohoo

Total = 28

Total= 26.5

Only got half my water in though, shame on me!

philly cheese steak (steak w/ provolone) over light bed of shredded lettuce.

Dinner: Salad (2) lc wrap w/ chicken (7) 2oz. cheese (2), 8oz crystal light sunrise (0) Gum, (1)

Dessert:1 Pear (21) I had a craving for them sooooooo bad, I figured it's fruit, what the heck?! I didn't know it had 21 carbs in it! After the fiber! Oh well, I enjoyed it.

Total = 47

Dinner: 1 1/2 cups dreamfields penne pasta (10), 2 cups zuchinni and broccoli w/ tomatos (4), tossed in butter and parmesan cheese.
