Just got home after my meeting this morning and lunch. It's nice having lunch with friends after TOPS. It gives us a chance to sit and get to know each other better. I really look forward to it every week.

Did any of you see the "Diet Challenge" that USA Today is running. It runs for 8 weeks and started last monday. And will be running every monday. I am thinking about getting into the challenge, but want to look up more on it before I commit myself. I think that a challenge where we have to account to them would help me stay OP. If any of you know about it, let me know what you think.
