Thumbs up Started the Rapid Start Plan again

I did really well with this plan back in May, lost 6 lbs over the 2 weeks and was going to continue on with the next phase but got derailed after I decided to give myself a couple of 'free' days which turned into several weeks. I started back on Sunday, this is the end of the 2nd day and I've been right on plan so far. I don't even want to cheat this time around, the first time if I had a cookie or something I didn't worry about it too much. I lost weight but I'm sure I could have lost more if I'd stuck to it 100%. So I feel really motivated to stick to it this time. Anyone else doing this plan right now? How's it going?

Yea I am getting back on the plan as of today. I did it until my birthday week started and fell off of it. I had only done it for a week and saw HUGE improvements so I hoping for round 2 to go as well.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Rapid Weight Loss Plan is that in Dr. Phil's book, because I just got it and have not seen it in there. Or where can I get a copy of the rapid weight loss plan?

It is in the Ultimate Weight Loss Food Guide. I actually like the book better than the Ultimate Weight Solution. It is more detailed about what you can and can't eat and grocery lists, calorie counts, and all that. Definately buy it!

Good luck! I had flipped through it at one point and was like---WOW I forgot I am not starving myself like I was on the other diets. It is great. Hope you have a lot of success!

Angry

Could somebody give me a rundown on what the rapid start plan is? I checked this book out of the library, but some vandal ripped out the relevant pages!! GRRR, I hate people who mess with library books.

Talking My boy's mommy

It's very hard to explain what the rapid start plan is. It's sort of where you follow a very strict eating plan. Here's a quick rundown

Breakfast
1 protein serving
1 starchy carb
1 fruit
1 low fat dairy
1 non caloric beverage

Lunch
1 protein
2 non starchy veggies
1 fruit
1 low fat dairy
1 non caloric beverage

Dinner
1 protein
2 non starchy veggies
1 fat
1 non caloric beverage

Snack
fruit*( if not eaten with meal)
low fat dairy (if not eaten with meal)
raw veggies

This is only phase one. as far as the food list that you can choose from, it is in the book. you should probably consider buying the book. try e-bay they usually are pretty cheap.
