It's good to see someone posting. I've been around, but I just didn't have to much to write.
I did start an online journal on here. I feel like it's something that will help me greatly in reaching my goal.
I too was up .75 this week. I was really bummed about it for awhile. I so wanted to be down from vacation. Just didn't want to be "one of those people" who gain while on vacation. I know it's not a lot..but it's enough, that I said to myself...this stops..right here, right now.
I've struggled back and forth today. Really wanted some chips to "crunch" after lunch, but I thought about our current chapter contest and I didn't have any. I also thought about the fact that I have my hyst. anniversary appt. coming up in Sept. and how I want to be at a 50 lbs loss when I go to the doctor. Those goals are more important to me than a "crunch"
Anyway...we will get the .75 off for next week's weighin...I'm out here cheering you on!
