Lost another 4lbs :)

I did my weigh-in yesterday. This is my second week going at it and I have lost another 4lbs for a total of 14lbs since June 6th 2004.
I am doing a simple lowfat diet. I stay around 1200-1400 calories aday. Around 25g fat a day and about 40g protein/80-100g complex carbs aday. I have completely got rid of all the junk foods in my diet. I now eat very lean cuts of meats, veggies, fruits, whole grain breads ect.
I'ts not been easy cause my "candy bar" cravings have been pretty bad but when they come, I grab a handful of grapes or strawberries and start munching on those. There are days I want to just run to the store (like right now lol) and grab a big bag of chips and a couple of snickers BUT I don't.
I have also been experimenting with different excersise workouts and I have found that dance aerobics is the one for me. I absolutly love doing it and can do it in the privacy of my own home. I don't follow any kind of aerobic video or anything. I make my own, fast paced, music CDs, and basically dance to them, while keeping my feet and legs moving at all times for 30 mins each time. It really gets my heart pumping. About 126-132 bpm. I now do it twice a day, 30 minutes each time.
This week I am also introducing handweights. I won't be able to start going to the gym until september but I want to start toning at least in my arms for right now so I will be using the weights to do "curls" and "overhead extentions". I also want to start doing some crunches and lunges.
