Hi Everyone

I'm looking for people who have cut back or cut out sugar from their diets as part of a book project for Rodale, publishers of Prevention, Men's Health and other health books. It's a book called Win the Sugar War and will feature short profiles of people who have done this and then zero in one specific way that helped them do it or cope. It could be that you skipped the candy aisle in the supermarket, or that you took up gardening, or kept a journal.

If you're interested in participating, let me know. I will need your name, phone, email, and good time to reach you. Debbie has already helped me out! Thank you so much.

Winnie

Default book project

Hi Everyone:

I'm a freelance writer, looking for people to profile who have either cut back or eliminated sugar from their diets. Your story would be featured in a book published by Rodale called Win the Sugar War. (they publish Prevention, Men's Health, etc.) Each essay will zero in on one specific tip that helped you cut back on sugar. Perhaps you kept a journal, took up a new hobby, skipped the candy checkout aisle.

If you're interested, I can send you a formal query. Your wonderful leader Debbie has already done this. Thank you so much for your consideration.

Best,
Winnie Yu

P.S. I hope I'm not duplicating myself because I just typed a similar note somewhere.
