Hi....It's me again. It's been one hour since I've had my last carb. And I don't anticipate it getting better today. But tomorrow I'll need support as withdrawal sets in!!!!! I can already anticipate the icky, blah, tired feeling. But hopefully the rush of energy isn't too far away!!! HELP!!!! The carbs are taking me away
