Has anyone here tried the low carb smoothies at
Planet Smoothie? They're 5 net carbs, 25 g protein, and 2 g fat, for 150 calories for the 22 oz variety. Flavors are cherry, pineapple, grape, chocolate, and pina colada.
I don't low carb but I'm looking to work more protein in my diet. Since I get normal smoothies once or twice a week I thought about substituting, but I'm scared it will taste awful. I suppose I can try. Our local store has them for a dollar off if you bring in any fast food coupon.
