Lightbulb Hi Everyone! *questions*

Well hello! I can say that the atkins forum is one i havent said hello to yet! So hellllllllllllloooooooooooo!!! I have a question. I was very curious about doing this bc nothing else has seemed to work for me..lol. Which book is best to buy, akins the new revolutionary one or the atkins for life. Or is it both the same book? Just a little confused..lol..i want the BEST one if you know what i mean!
Ive been struggling with this weight lost thing for awhile and reading in this forum made me want to give it a try. I mean, what do i have to lose? other than weight..lol. Im in the process of joining the air national guard and a position that i really wanted just came in today...but..i couldnt even apply for it because i have to be in my weight catagory which im still 30 pounds over. Very Depressing. Anyway. As soon as someone knows something, give me a reply, because i would like to start it tomorrow. Thanksssss

-Courtney

Buy the revolution first...it outlines the exact diet- atkins for life alludes to it, but is really a maintenance guideline seems to me (ladies?) and welcome I found these ladies to be just super!

Ditto Marie. The Atkins new Diet Revolution is perfect to start with. I highly recommend reading the WHOLE book and not just the "how to start" part.

Or if you are really anxious to get started, skip to the induction phase and read that first. Then when you have started you can go back and start at the beginning of the book and read while doing it. Either way, be sure to read the whole book. You will feel so much better and more confident about doing this WOE and you will know why your body is doing or will be doing the things it does.

Goodluck and welcome aboard!

I've gotta admit I love your name (I named my daughter the same thing )

Ok. I've gotta admit I read the book---and that ended up creating millions of questions instead of answering them. The best thing to do is read the FAQ at the top of the forum and if all else fails...post your confusion..I mean questions here It takes time to readjust your eating habits so expect to be confused. lol Welcome
