Induction is the hardest...it feels like it's gonna stretch on forever...concentrate on what you can have thats sweet....sometimes I whip up some heavy cream with splenda and some vanilla exrtract in a blender w/ ice...like a shake and filling!

Hey I have messed up many times , what matters is you stick, you come back and start right back up the next day. That is all that counts. Rermember this is not a diet it is a new way of eating so it takes awhile to get used to. Once you get a good week under your belt you will feel so great you will never go back, trust me!!

Yup. What they said. You're learning how to eat healthier so of course you're going to "fall off the wagon". Just jump back up, learn something and start over (see, this is the pep talk I give myself) We're all in this together!!

Dont beat yourself up. The trick is to get through the first week. Well, really the first 4 days. If you can do that, the rest is cake! Low carb of course Everyone has re-started induction a couple times Tomorrow is a new day and at least you did better that day then the day before right? You can do it! And don't be afraid to post, we will never berate you for anything as silly as a little slip

Try Try again! Someone once said we didn't get in this shape overnight (I swear I DID though! )....so it's going to take a while to change our habits and get skinny
