Last week was bad, bad, bad. I was doing good, well i guess ok i had only been good for 1.5 days. I had a horrible meeting on wednesday and right away i just felt like eating something sweet, i tried hard to resist so i had 2 hardboiled eggs but that didnt do it so i ended up having a big bowl of cereal with milk, so that did it

So today is another try, hopefully ill do better ive heard that the first three days are the hardest. Hope everybody is doing well Ive been to embarrased to post over the weekend.
