Default Question about sour cream + Taco Seasoning

It says we can eat it on induction... but how much of it Can we have?

I really would like a taco salad I think that would taste awesome!

Also can I use taco seasoning? Is there a way to make it low carb?
Please help

Taco Seasoning

2 tbs chili powder
1 and a half tbs cumin
1 and a half tbs paprika
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1/8 to 1/4 cayenne pepper

blend well and store in a airtight container. use 2 tbs for 1 pound of browned and drained ground beef.

2 gms carb for 4 oz. of this taco beef.

I just cook the meat in a frying pan and then I add salsa at the end and cook it in that for a couple minutes so it is all mixed together.

Hi frodo,

Sour cream = 2 Tbs/1.2 gms carbs.

I guess you are asking about the taco seasoning at the store that's those nifty packets? Check out the ingredients...sometimes they contain various forms of sugars.

I usually buy the packaged taco seasoning and its a few carbs per tablespoon. And yuppers I eat sour cream, can't eat my taco salad w/out it, or black olives
