Well yesterday was an off plan day for me . I have the hardest time getting back on plan after losing track of my plan over the weekend. I am going to be on plan the rest of the week!!!!

Hi Everyone

I'm back home from vacation. My sister's anniversary party was great and I got to see my brother and both sisters and most of their children and grandchildren. It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed being with them.
I don't know how much I gained, I was afraid to step on the scale, but I will get back to work on losing tomorrow. Today is DH's birthday.

Eleni..Congratulations on the great loss last week. It's not long now until SRD.

Penny...You're doing really great with your weight losses. You'll be at your goal in no time.

Coco..It was really good to see you back. I have been thinking about you and missed your posts.
