I am a big user of fibe suppliments because of my Crohn's and colitis....anyway I just got the nw Fiber Choice http://www.fiberchoice.com/index.asp
it is suger free and has 4 grams of carbs, but also 4 grams of fiber...this is good right? Anyway they tast good and WORK!!!

I've been using Benefiber and it looks like it is the same as this, only this is cheaper and you don't need water with this product. I like Benefiber, since there is no taste. On the other hand, it doesn't do much for me, if you know what I mean.
What does this taste like?

Tast like orange, chewable....really very doable... portable.....I like the benifiber too but I am always looking for something better.

Don't forget you need lots of water with fiber or you'll "plug up"! Ask me how I know.
