Default Soy sauce? Phase I?

Are there any restrictions to soy sauce, especially during phase I? I haven't been able to find anything on that particular condiment-

Thanks!

It is fine in Phase I. However, chose the "lite" version for less salt as it does make most people retain water.

Thanks much! I had a craving for stir fry and came up with a nice phase I friendly sauce, but without soy sauce, it would have been missing something. I found that smashing up soft cauliflower serves as a nice 'rice' substitute as well.

Thanks!
