Hi all,

I know I haven't been here lately myself. I have only 2 weeks left of work then I will be off for about 5 months.Not good. But I will have plenty of time to post.LOL That is the great part. I haven't been here because I have been having a lot of problems with my hips to the point I can hardly walk most of the time. The therapist can't do much more until after the baby is born and it will get worse. I probably won't be able to walk at all by the time I am ready to deliver. Glad this is the last one. Couldn't take this again.LOL Not much more going on here. Had Ben for the weekend I am wiped out and I have to admit I am glad I am getting done in 2 weeks it is time. I didn't want to admit it but after what I went through last week with the hips I know it is time.
Megan had a little friend over saturday. It was the first time she had been here. She is a very nice little girl and well mannered. I wouldn't mind having her over again. They had a ball playing outside sliding and then inside. No mess when she left it was great.
I can't believe that in Kindergarten they are talking on the phone already. She has 2 little friends from school that call. One calls like a million times a day. I finally told her mom that megan goes to bed at 7 on school nights not to be letting the little girl call after 6:30. She was calling at 8:30 and should have been in bed by my book for 5 years old. But the mom didn't sound to bright. I think the little girl is searching for someone to be her friend. Megan wants to be her friend but the other 2 girls she hangs out with don't like her I think so megan is torn. I told her it is okay to be her friend if she wants and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. That not everyone will get along but don't let others think for you. It is hard for her to understand. There is definately something going on between this little girl that calls a million times a day and megan.

Congratulations Grandma. You sound so proud. I am so happy that everyone is healthy. I am sure she is glad it is over as well. Don't worry about your eating. Today is a new day and you have another grandson to add to the list now you can start getting back on track again.

I heard that if you make yourself stay up until a certain time everynight and not fall asleep on the couch that you will sleep better. They say if you fall asleep on the couch then go to bed you don't get a good nights sleep. Hopefully for you it is a passing thing. I know it is terrible to not sleep all night and tiring after awhile.

Glad to hear you are getting your energy back girl. Yes walking will be great for the baby and you. Do as much as you can it will make you feel better. I hear you about the amnio. They will try and push that on you so beware. They did for me anyway and my dr ended up saying I didn't need one. But the dr that did the level 2 ultra sound tried to scare me to death into getting one. I am glad I didn't. There is no evidence that the baby is unhealthy so I am fine with not getting the amnio. Stick to your guns and do what your heart tells you. Brandon will love seeing the ultra sound especially if they can tell you the sex of the baby. Sounds like you are doing great. Keep up the great work.

Sounds like the open house was a success and a lot of fun. I loved planning the open house that we had and everyone had a great time to. Sounds like you had a great turn out for it. You will be busy this month. Just remember to find some time for you.

Well I have to go get ready for work. I figured I better get up because I know I would fall back to sleep and not get up on time.

Had problems trying to get on the site all last week.

Hang in there Sherri. I know you must be sore. Poor you. All that you have been going through. The baby will be worth it in the end though. My sister who got married in Sept. is expecting this Sept. I can't wait.

Eleni, congratulations to you as well.

I am doing OK. I was doing well OP and blew it yesterday at a superbowl party. I'll have to see the damage tomorrow.

I've been here since before 6, and now i'm tired and ready to go home. I have 3 hours to go. I'm tired and when i get this way everything hurts.

Congrats Eleni, like sherri said, now it's time to get back on track.

Sherri-maybe you need to get off of work now. Hang in there, it will all be here before you know it.
You can come to michigan and clean my house and get it ready for our little one coming in July if you would like to come.
