Today is the day. I don't know why I am nervous about going to the drawing class. It is something I really want to do. But I guess I am afraid I will not be as good at it as I want to be. But I know I would always regret not trying. And I am not so young so I need to get these things tried that I want. We were laughing about all the things I still want to try. I have a guitar sitting in my closet that I also want to learn to play.I bought it years ago and it just sits there.And then there is the photography I still wanted to learn and of course there is so much I want to learn to do on the computer. I will probably end up being a jack of all trades and master of none.

hey there girls!

I know it has been a long time since I was on here. I was busy with the holidays and such and I wasn't on the computer much except at work and I can't post messages from work. It is read only from those computers.

Not much new here. We are in the middle of a major deep freeze. It is -25C here and with wind chill it is -36C. And that is in the afternoon!! Needless to say there is not much activity going on outside. It is supposed to break for a few days on Monday though.

Congrats on the boy. I hope megan is feeling better soon. Strep is no fun I've gone through that myself.

I hope you had fun in your drawing class! I am sure you will learn a lot and really enjoy it.

My weight loss journey is starting over again tomorrow. I didn't make it to meeting last week due to being late at work. I did make it through xmas with only 1/2 lb gain though. I am remotivated and have bought my food for me so i can really be on plan tomorrow on. I have some short term and long term goals I want to reach. I also just finished reading Dr. Phil's book which helped clarify a few things for me and opened up my eyes on others. I borrowed it from a friend.

My drawing lesson went good. I was nervous at first but I enjoyed it.The teacher is very patient. There were 3 of us new.A young boy around 12 and a lady my age. Then there were 4 teenage girls that have been taking lessons for a long time.Then 3 women and one man who were painting. The one lady said they started about a year ago drawing and now they are painting.
The baby shower went good. I told Rebekah to go to bed and take a nap. She was tired out. She won't be carrying that baby much longer. So it has been a very busy day for me and I am pooped. Hubby is feeding himself. He is so easy. I am going to go kick back in my recliner and probably fall asleep myself.
