Question point calculator

HI ya. How important is having one of those? And how do you use it and what exactly is it? Do you punch in ingred. of a recipe to see how many points you are eating? How much does one cost?

Sorry so many ????, but am very new at this.

Thanks so much.

Default

You can use it like an express journal where it tracks your points for the day/week. You put in cal/fat/fiber and it figures points.

It is not essential to have it if you have access to e-tools or the slide rule and a paper journal.

I also have one you can put on your desk top (it also has the exercise point finder) if you e-mail me I'll e-mail it to you.
