Default how do you measure peanut butter?

seriously?

I am eating a peanut butter and honey sammy twice a week, but often don't have time to measure out the peanut butter, do the rest of you actually use a measuring spoon?

thanks,

Yes but sometimes I lay the bread on the scale and put on Peanutbutter until it registers the weight of the serving size.

there's always the squeezable Peanut Butter. Each tube is 3 points.

squuezable? Hmm. Might be good for travelling.

In Canada, some of the bagelrys and other breakfast places have peanut butter in these little portion controlled packets, I like those, but they are typically non organic creamy types. However, in a pinch, heck anything will do.
