Exclamation Great Pumpkin Challenge - Final Weigh In!!! - Oct 31

Okay - today's the big day - let's hear it for everyone who participated and met some (if not all) of their goals.

Please provide your details and let us know how you did.

I lost some additional weight overnight (the hallowe'en fairy?) and I am happy to report I am currently at 185.8 - My GPC Goal was 185 so I consider myself to be very close and I am thrilled about that.

How did everyone else do?

Froufie

Even with TOM making a visit (happy birthday to me) I have maintained my weight of 298, a 17 pound loss, 1 more than my goal.

I passed my weight goal by 11 pounds. I didn't realize what Atkins would do for me, especially during induction, so I only set my goal at 10 pounds. The other part of my goal was about excercise. I can say that I hardly excercised at all until this past week when I've exceededmy goal (it was only for 2 days a week). Still isn't part of my routine yet, so when we start the next challenge, that's going to be a priority. Let's hear it for everyone!

I lost 16 of my 20 pound goal. I knew 20 was optimistic but I did it anyway. I'm still glad to be at 172. I haven't been this small in a very long time.

We all deserve a pat on the back even if we didn't meet our goal. We all made positive changes.

Hahaha, you all lost 3-4 times as much as me! I, The Weight Loss Sloth, lost 4.5 of my 5 pound goal. Sorta frustrating to see such small numbers, but I can be proud that other than that one 2x2 square of peach cobbler, I didn't eat a thing that wasn't on plan, and I exercised a ton, so I still feel good about myself. I've gotten used to the fact I lose slowly, but it will all add up.

Sorry I haven't posted much about the challenge the last couple of weeks, work has been super busy and my online time has been limited!

Congratulations to all you losers, it really feels so good to read this thread and see how determined everybody is!

You Chickies all did wonderfully compared to me. I only lost 2 of the 12 I'd hoped to lose. It didn't help that I went berserk the during the last five days and totally blew it, gaining back 4.
I'm still not back on track in spite of all my vows to get off the carb roller coaster immediately. I guess I'm enjoying the wallowing in forbidden foods too much to quit.
Congratulations to all of you who did so well.
